Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience with us through our website. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND MEASUREMENTS 

We try our best to be as accurate with our product description as possible. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures in terms of colour and measurements. Colours may appear mildly darker due to studio lighting or different computer screen calibration.

Minor measurement variations within 0.8 inches are not considered a defect. 

Measurements provided on each product are done with item laid flat and measured across from side to side. 

To check if size fits you accurately, lay a similar item you own flat on the ground and measure it from pit to pit, side to side and compare it with our sizes.

Customers are advised to double check on the product measurement of each design as every different design may fit differently.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  • Please note that we are unable to make any amendments or cancellation after an order placed has been confirmed. Our packers work really fast to pack the orders so that our customers will not need to wait long to receive them, thus, our customer service department may not be get hold of packers in time to change your order.

  • We accept payment by ibanking and Credit Cards through Paypal.

  • For ibank payment: Orders will be held for 24 hours till payment is made. If payment is not received within the 24 hours period, the system will automatically cancel the order and release the items without prior notice.

  • In order for us to confirm your ibank payment efficiently please fill out and submit the dedicated webform which can be found in your order details email.

  • Payment will only be confirmed once we receive your submitted webform details and the full payment amount has been cleared. 
  • Shipping fees is free for new purchases of NETT $35 and above.

 

DELIVERY

All orders will be delivered by a door-to-door third party courier service partner.

Charmed On 9th Ave reserves the right to change prices and shipping rates without notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders that have been placed prior to the change.

  • If your order consists of a backorder item, you can choose to have the in-stock item/s delivered first to you at an added fee during carting out.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon order confirmation excluding orders to be shipped with backorders.

  • Our working days includes Mondays through Fridays, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

  • We will be unable to amend or combine orders that were made separately after it has been placed.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, your items will be under the responsibility of our third party courier partner. All compensation will be made to our third part courier service partner. We will assist in submitting the compensation claims if needed.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY 

  • We accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unscented and with its original packaging intact.
    *Excludes sale items and items purchased with promotional codes. 
  • All returned item/s will be inspected, if the item/s does not meet the requirement for returns, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

  • Please note that all returns will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit valid for 1 month.

  • Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.

  • We have a strict no cash refund policy.

  • To request for a return:
    • Please email to sales@charmedon9thave.com with the subject header (Request for return : ORDER ID)
    • All return requests has to be done within 14 days of the shipping date together with the return slip printout (request from us at sales@charmedon9thave.com )
    • Pack all items with the return slip and send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. We recommend Singpost registered mail or smartpac
    • You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 days from dispatch date.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

We are sorry if we had sent you a defective or wrongly sent item. Please contact our customer service department at sales@charmedon9thave.com with your order ID and a snapshot of the defect or wrong item received. 

Please note that the returned item must be unworn, unwashed, unscented and with its original packaging.
