- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Click on the item/s you would like to order, choose the size, quantity and add it to cart. When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag on the top right corner and follow the instructions to complete your order.
- WILL A SOLD OUT ITEM BE RESTOCKED?
We try our best re-manufacture popular pieces. Add yourself to the waiting list so that we can notify you as soon as we do backorder for it.
- WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We accept ibank transfer and credit/debit card payments via paypal.
- WILL I BE ABLE TO AMEND MY ORDER AFTER CONFIRMING IT?
We’re really sorry; we are not able to amend confirmed orders. Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
- WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE MY PAYMENT WITHIN THE 24 HOURS TIMEFRAME GIVEN?

- CAN I EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
We accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unscented and with its original packaging intact.
*Excludes sale items and items purchased with promotional codes.
All returned item/s will be inspected, if the item/s does not meet the requirement for returns, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
Please note that all returns will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit valid for 1 month.
Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
We have a strict no cash refund policy.
To request for a return:
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject header (Request for return : ORDER ID)
All return requests has to be done within 14 days of the shipping date together with the return slip printout (request from us at email@example.com)
Pack all items with the return slip and send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. We recommend Singpost registered mail or smartpac
You are responsible for postage costs of returned items. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 days from dispatch date.
- I’VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM
We are sorry if we had sent you a defective or wrongly sent item. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and a snapshot of the defect or wrong item received.

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We take 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our door-to-door courier service partner. It takes about 1-2 working days for delivery.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at the moment but we are working on it!
- WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AROUND TO COLLECT MY PARCEL?
The delivery guy will re-deliver again the next day. If no one is around to collect, you will receive a call from him or her to schedule for a re-delivery.
